Prenatal Massage

Similar to a standard full body massage with
modifications for the mother and her baby.
We do not do massages for the first trimester (~12 weeks).

Cupping

Aims to increase blood flow, soften scar tissue, and decrease muscle pain by placing suction cups on your body and leaving them on for 10-15 minutes. Marks from the cups may last up to one week depending on skin type.
Foot Scrub

An add-on scrub for the feet only. Exfoliates dead skill cells and promotes blood flow.
Aromatherapy

Incorporates the use of essential oils to promote stress relief and relaxation. We offer a wide variety of scents including peppermint, lemongrass, eucalyptus, lavender, orange, grapefruit, and many more.
